Production Manager
Clay is dedicated to making the roofing process as smooth and stress-free as possible. From the initial consultation through installation, he works closely with homeowners to answer questions, provide updates, and ensure every project stays on track. Originally from Oklahoma, Clay now calls the Tampa Bay area home. A former All-American collegiate wrestler in Colorado, he brings the same discipline, determination, and strong work ethic to serving our customers. Outside of work, Clay enjoys spending time outdoors, playing golf and disc golf, and spending time with his pit bull/Lab mix, Russ. Clay previously returned to Oklahoma for a year to help with his father’s roofing company, gaining additional hands-on industry experience and expanding his roofing knowledge. He has since returned to Florida and rejoined the Weatherproof Roofing team, where he continues to help homeowners protect what matters most. His friendly personality, roofing expertise, and commitment to customer service make him a valued member of our team.
Customer Service Specialist
Cassidy is often the first friendly voice you’ll hear when calling Weatherproof Roofing. As our Head Customer Service Representative, she is dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring every customer has a positive experience from the very first conversation. Born in Clearwater, Florida, Cassidy spent much of her childhood in the Netherlands before returning to her hometown in her early twenties. Her international background, warm personality, and attention to detail help make every interaction welcoming and efficient. Outside of work, Cassidy enjoys spending time with her three cats and attending church with her mother here in Largo. Her friendly attitude and commitment to helping others make her an invaluable part of the Weatherproof Roofing team.

As a true Florida native, Bill Jackson has dedicated his career to protecting Florida homeowners since entering the roofing industry in 1999. Early in his career, Bill recognized a gap in the industry—too many roofing companies focused on volume rather than quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. Determined to raise the standard, he founded Weatherproof Roofing in 2012 with a commitment to honesty, professionalism, and doing the job right the first time. With more than two decades of roofing experience, Bill remains actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the company. He believes that every homeowner deserves a safe, reliable roof and a contractor they can trust. As a father of three daughters and one son, he understands the importance of protecting what matters most. Bill takes a hands-on approach to every project, ensuring each roof is completed with the highest level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and customer care. His leadership, industry expertise, and dedication to excellence have helped make Weatherproof Roofing one of the most trusted roofing companies in the Tampa Bay area.
Integrator
Kyra is the nail that keeps the shingles on at Weatherproof Roofing. As our Office Manager, she helps facilitate every project from start to finish, ensuring homeowners receive the information, communication, and support they need throughout the roofing process. A native Floridian, Kyra understands how quickly the weather can change and knows how valuable your time is. Her ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and keep projects moving efficiently helps provide a seamless experience for our customers. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication are what keep Weatherproof Roofing running like clockwork. This December, Kyra will celebrate her 10-year anniversary with the company, a milestone that reflects her commitment, expertise, and the care she brings to every project. As a native Floridian with more than a decade of roofing experience, DJ brings extensive industry knowledge and a commitment to quality craftsmanship to every project. He takes pride in helping homeowners find the right solutions for their roofing needs, whether it’s a repair, replacement, or preventative maintenance. Known for his strong work ethic and attention to detail, DJ goes the extra mile to ensure every job is completed correctly and to the highest standards. His goal is simple: to leave every homeowner feeling confident, protected, and completely satisfied with the finished product. When he’s not helping customers protect their homes, you can find DJ relaxing poolside with his dog, Dixie, or enjoying a day on the golf course.
